7. Orders and Acceptance

UECOVL is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by a bank or payment provider.
• Charges imposed independently by a card issuer or payment service.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us so we can investigate the issue. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising lawful dispute rights through your bank or payment provider.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, tracking, customs procedures, delays, lost shipments, address issues, and delivery claims are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If we cannot dispatch an order within the stated processing period, we will provide an updated estimate. You may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and responding to reasonable requests from carriers or customs authorities.

Products in the same order may be shipped separately because of inventory location, size, weight, battery restrictions, or carrier requirements.

Nothing in this section limits delivery or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will attempt to accommodate the request if fulfillment has not started and the order has not been transferred to a carrier.

Once processing or shipping has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If UECOVL cancels an order because a product is unavailable or cannot be shipped, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, defective products, return shipping costs, hygiene-sensitive products, consumable items, Final Sale products, promotional gifts, and refund processing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

You must contact UECOVL and receive written return instructions before sending a product.

Products sent without authorization, sent cash on delivery, or sent to an address not provided by UECOVL may not be accepted.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method and calculated according to the amount actually paid after discounts.

12. Limited Warranty

Eligible products purchased directly from uecovlofficial.com are covered by the UECOVL One-Year Limited Warranty, unless a different warranty period is expressly stated on the applicable product page.

The warranty is separate from the 30-day change-of-mind return period.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, supporting-evidence requirements, shipping responsibilities, and available remedies are governed by our Warranty Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:

• An express warranty provided by UECOVL.
• Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
• Rights relating to products that are defective, unsafe, or materially different from their description.

13. Customer Accounts

Some Site features may allow you to create a customer account.

You are responsible for:
